Ebola virus-like particles (EBOV VLP) (Zaire)

Virus-like Particles (VLP’s) expressing recombinant Ebola virus (EBOV) glycoprotein (GP), nucleoprotein (NP), and matrix protein (VP40). These VLP’s mimic Ebola virus but do not contain genetic material, thus are not infectious and make an ideal candidate as a vaccine and tool to enhance filovirus research.

Formulation & Storage: Supplied in PBS (supplemented with arginine and glutamic acid). Store at 2-3 weeks at -20°C, -80°C long term. Subaliquoting is recommended to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
