Recombinant Hyaluronidase is a lyophilized enzyme produced in Thermothelomyces heterothallica, designed to degrade hyaluronic acid for applications in cell culture, tissue dissociation, and drug delivery research.
Formulation & Storage: Store at -20ºC up to 1 year, and at -20ºC for 1 month after reconstitution.
Product Reconstitution Info: To make 1 U/ μL solution dissolve 0.1 mg DNaseI powder in 1 mL Milli-Q water or preferred buffer.
