Description: Pharmacokinetics timeline for antibody delivery and sample collections in cannulated Sprague Dawley rats. Blood was collected at several time points using a catheter: 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 96 hours, 192 hours, and 384 hours after the antibody was delivered intravenously. The serum was separated from the whole blood and analyzed through ELISA.
