Sales & Marketing, Assistant (Level-I/II)
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to add to our Business Development team. This is an exceptional & multifunctional opportunity for an entry level candidate to work with an exciting team that is known for its innovative and growth-oriented vision. An ideal candidate in this position would demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a natural ability to connect with others, persuasive communication abilities, and be passionate to meet sales objectives. This is a full-time on-site position (40 Hours / Week).
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Study and be knowledgeable of all services and products offered.
- Lead Generation: Identify new clients that need the services and products offered by IBT.
- Outreach Content: Generate content from information on IBT’s website and marketing material with a goal to generate focused content for all services/product offered.
- Formulate and present marketing strategies based on market research of prospective customers and competitor marketing content.
- Conduct research on targeted leads and develop an understanding of their business needs and formulate marketing strategy for engagement with clients directly or indirectly under supervision of Sr. BD Manager.
- Competitor research: Perform competitor analysis to identify competitor pricing as well as services offered.
- Any administrative tasks that support & improve BD team functionality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in life sciences or related degree.
- Previous experience/internship in customer service/sales/marketing is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- On-site, should be able to commute 5-days a week to Rockville, MD site
- Occasional sales visits around DMV region (compensation provided)
