Single Point of Contact- Project Management
Each client has a single point of contact that leads their project. You project leader is available at your request, to provide project updates, data reports, and forecasts of completion of studies. IBT Bioservices has regular formal client meetings to review status of client projects. These meetings are provided as a courtesy to clients. Projects are managed using MS Project and all projects are overseen by both scientific management and our Director of Program Management.
Access to Scientific Leadership
IBT Bioservices scientific leadership is available to provide input on all client projects and programs. Since we focus on our main areas of expertise, you can be assured that our team is focused and has the required experience to keep your project on the right track. Scientific leadership is involved in regular client meetings to provide the client with the best IBT Bioservices has to offer.
Secure Web access to Data and Reports
IBT Bioservices uses Basecamp® as a client management site to provide clients with a secure site on the web where they can access their reports and data real time as it is being released by the project leader. Each client has their own secure site and password which is used to give updates on projects, show projected timelines for deliverables, and a method of collaborative communication on documents as needed. Professional Formal Reports
Formal study reports can be provided per client request at an additional fee. Formal reports are consistently formatted and designed to be supportive of future IND filings.
